Work Weekend June 5th to 7th 2009

With all five owners going you knew something was going to be built.


Murray packed only essentials. Luckily, he does not have a bigger trailer!


He even found time for his hobby ...... planting trees in the rain.




The new Muskoka room takes up most of the new deck.

Lost items!!

Well, we continue to lose things from the Cabin. It appears someone is systematically looking for things to walk off with.

Propane lantern (Doug's)(2005)
Canoe (Dad's) (summer of 2006)
Binnoculars (Dad's) ( 2006)
Sleeping bag (Barry's) ( 2007)
Generator (Barry's 1200 watts, new) (2008)
Pair of loading ramps (Barry's)(Fall of 2008)
Fishing Pole ( Doug's 5' spinning rod/reel)

It looks like we will have to increase security. Perhaps add more surveillance cameras as the ones we have, have had limited success.

The Cabin Bear

Barry, Roz and their two girls were up at the Cabin for the May long weekend only to find that the Cabin has a new mascot!!!
This bear did not want to go away. Barry scared it off several times and it kept coming back.
